Mind + Body + Soul Workshop
This long awaited event will focus on how to integrate all parts of who you were created to be in order to live more fully alive - not in spite of trauma, daily stresses and circumstances, but alongside it. Learn to truly be present in your BODY, gain more understanding about the power of your MIND, and filter it all through the lens of your SOUL.
When we are numbing ourselves to certain parts of who we are, we can't live whole. If we can't live whole, we can't love and serve ourselves and others to the fullest of our ability.
What pieces of your authentic self are you neglecting?
Allow us to equip you with the tools and reflections from personal experiences, education and knowledge that will help you be the best version of the person you know you are.
What to Expect:
This event is structured in three parts, each week we will focus on one part of our being - Mind, Body & Soul. If all three parts are not connected than we are not living fully and are not able to adequately handle the hardships we have and will face.
First 30 minutes will begin with a workout - each workout will incorporate exercises for all levels. A proven method to being able to comprehend and connect with a message is to release endorphins first. So let's get our bodies moving! This will prepare us for the message, journaling and reflection time to follow. Not to mention, allow us to focus on our physical health. So often when we walk through hard seasons or we are overwhelmed with our daily schedule the first thing we allow to move to the bottom of the list is our physical health.
Next, Morgan Cheek will share her experiences and knowledge on how the mind, body and soul are impacted when dealing with hardships and daily stresses. Each week will will focus on one part - Mind, Body & Soul (not necessarily in this order).
For example, did you know the body holds onto wounds (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, etc) differently and we can recognize how it is manifesting if we are in-tune with our whole self?
Finally, we will devote a minimum of 15 minutes to a time of reflection and journaling. Journaling is a proven method to healing and an incredible way to take the necessary time to process what we are feeling and dealing with in that moment.
After the event, you will have the opportunity to talk and mingle with the CARRYWELL team, Win and Morgan with WinMo Fitness, Rise + Refine Owner and mental health professionals who are here to talk about whatever you need!
